We’re looking for a Claims Adjuster to join our Casualty Claims team in Chelmsford. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of claims from start to finish, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service and outcomes. You’ll work in a supportive team environment where your contributions will make a real difference.
You’ll handle a variety of casualty claims, investigating and assessing their validity. You’ll gather evidence, make decisions on liability and settlement amounts, and negotiate fair outcomes. Your role will involve working closely with clients, brokers, suppliers, claimants, and their representatives. You’ll also maintain accurate records and ensure claims are resolved efficiently. Every day, you’ll help people navigate challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
You’re proactive, hard-working, and empathetic. You’re a great communicator who can explain complex information in simple terms, whether in writing or over the phone. You’re detail-oriented and can stay focused in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
