Paraplanner – Wealth Management | Hybrid

Location: London

Salary: Up to £50,000 + bonus

Our client, a successful and growing wealth management firm, is looking for a skilled Paraplanner to join their London team. Working closely with experienced Financial Planners, you’ll play a key role in delivering tailored advice and first-class outcomes for a high-net-worth client base.

The Role

• Provide research and technical support to Financial Planners
• Draft compliant advice reports and prepare recommendations
• Attend client meetings, capturing detailed and accurate notes
• Build and present cash flow models using Voyant
• Carry out tax calculations (IHT, CGT, carry forward) and highlight planning opportunities
• Collaborate with advisers in case reviews and annual planning sessions
• Mentor junior team members and support wider team development
• Liaise with clients and providers to ensure smooth case progression

About You

• Diploma (Level 4) qualified, with at least 3 years’ financial services experience
• Proven paraplanning background with HNW clients
• Strong knowledge of Voyant, CRM systems and MS Office
• Organised, proactive, and able to work to deadlines
• Professional, empathetic, and discreet in client dealings
