Job Description

Wealth Management (Fast Track Adviser Pathway)

Are you a bright, ambitious graduate with at least 12 months’ experience in financial administration? Do you want to build a long-term career in wealth management, learn directly from industry leaders, and become a fully-fledged Adviser within 3–5 years? If the answer is yes, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

My client is a high-performing, boutique financial planning team led by highly established Co-Founder/Director. Based in modern offices in London, they are growing fast and looking for a dynamic individual to join them at an exciting stage of expansion.

This is an office-based, client-facing role where you’ll work closely with Associate Consultants, sit in on client meetings, and gain hands-on exposure to the full financial planning process. For someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to learn at pace, this is the perfect launchpad.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Service & Support

  • Act as a key point of contact for client queries
  • Attend client meetings (in person and virtual) and maintain accurate records
  • Support Associate Consultants with managing their client portfolios
  • Prepare review packs, investment comparisons, analytics, and fact finds
  • Liaise with product providers, solicitors, accountants, and internal teams
  • Manage the ongoing client review process and ensure all actions are completed

Administration

  • Own and manage all administrative tasks to high compliance standards
  • Submit applications, process fund switches, and update valuations
  • Handle LOAs, obtain plan information, and maintain client files
  • Keep workflow and task lists up to date
  • Contribute to month-end reporting and team objectives

Training & Development

  • Daily in-person learning with senior advisers and leadership
  • Full training and exam support to progress toward adviser status
  • Exposure to introducers and high-value business (£1m+ cases)
  • Opportunities to mentor new team members as you grow

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate with a minimum of 12+ months’ experience in financial administration (must be Wealth Management)
  • Strong understanding of pensions, investments, or the advice process
  • Highly organised, accurate, and confident communicating with clients
  • Positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to learn
  • Someone who wants to be in the office 5 days a week
  • Ambition to become a Financial Adviser within 3–5 years

If you’re dynamic, forward-thinking, and excited by the idea of joining a high-performance team where your development is taken seriously, we’d love to hear from you.

Why Join?

  • Direct mentorship from the Co-Founder and senior advisers
  • Clear, structured pathway to becoming an Adviser
  • Exposure to high-value clients and professional introducers
  • A collaborative, energetic office environment
  • Real responsibility from day one
  • A growing business where your impact is visible

If being part of a driven, ambitious team excites you — rather than daunts you — apply today. This is your chance to build a meaningful career in wealth management with a team that will invest in your success.
