My client is a fast-growing Wealth Management firm based in North West London, providing holistic financial advice across mortgages, protection, investments, and financial planning. Due to rapid expansion, they are looking to strengthen their mortgage team by appointing a driven and client-focused Mortgage Adviser.

The Role

The successful candidate will provide high-quality mortgage and protection advice to a warm client base, managing cases from initial consultation through to completion while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide regulated mortgage advice in line with FCA requirements
• Conduct detailed client fact-finds and affordability assessments
• Recommend suitable mortgage and protection solutions
• Manage applications from submission through to completion
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, estate agents, and internal teams
• Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business
• Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation
• Keep up to date with lender criteria and market developments

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

• CeMAP (or equivalent Level 3 qualification)
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser
• Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive, and target-driven approach

Desirable:

• CAS status
• Protection advisory experience
• Whole-of-market experience
