This award-winning Chartered Financial Planning firm is seeking a Trainee Financial Adviser to join its growing team after a record year of performance.

You’ll work with HNW and UHNW clients, receiving structured on-the-job training, study support, and direct exposure to client relationships from the outset.

The Role

• Attend and lead client meetings (with support)
• Receive structured adviser training
• Progress into managing a client bank
• Work across pensions, investments, tax, and estate planning

Candidate Profile

• Background in Paraplanning (c. 18 months+)
• Studying towards Level 4 Diploma
• Strong client communication skills
• Clear ambition to become an Adviser
