Opportunity for a compliance professional with approximately 2-5 years of experience who is looking to develop a long-term career within a buy-side compliance and risk environment. The position will focus primarily on UK and EU regulatory requirements, while also offering opportunities to gain exposure to global frameworks.

Description
- Support UK/EU compliance operations, including regulatory programmes, filings, and ongoing governance requirements.
- Manage core regulatory workflows such as IFPR, RegData, Connect, and related reporting streams while improving underlying data processes.
- Contribute to global regulatory processes, including EMIR/SFTR/MiFIR reporting, and maintaining regional asset registers.
- Assist with investigations, breach remediation, and maintaining registrations, compliance calendars, and risk registers.
- Collaborate across internal teams, including Data Science, Finance, Legal, Operations, Research, and Portfolio Management & Trading.
- Support broader risk and compliance standards as part of the wider Finance, Risk, Operations, and Technology function.
Profile
The successful Compliance Analyst should have:
- Mid-level compliance experience, supported by relevant qualifications and regulatory registrations.
- Strong understanding of UK and EU regulatory frameworks, ideally including IFPR, EMIR, SFTR, and MiFIR/MiFID II reporting.
- Hands-on experience with FCA RegData and Connect, regarded as essential.
- Broad exposure to compliance obligations, governance processes, and internal audit practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and work with high attention to detail.
Job Offer
