FP&A Analyst in London - Savant Recruitment

FP&A Analyst | North West London | FMCG Lifestyle Brand | £45-55,000

This dynamic lifestyle brand based in North West London is looking for a Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA or CIMA) to work as an FP&A Analyst in its busy finance function. Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare detailed performance analysis and commentary, delivering deep-dive investigations into key variances across sales, COGS, gross margin, marketing and operating costs.
• Compile annual budgets and periodic forecasts, supporting the Finance Director in developing integrated P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow and production cost models.
• Produce accurate monthly cashflow reporting and review actuals versus budget/forecast, providing clear insight and remedial actions.
• Build and deliver weekly to annual financial and commercial reporting packs for management and budget holders, including Group sales and gross profit analysis.
• Act as a Finance Business Partner to Commercial and Operations teams in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial models.
• Lead reporting of marketing and overhead costs across all business units and brands.
• Support finance systems and reporting enhancement projects, developing dashboards to improve commercial decision-making.

What you'll need to succeed

The business is looking for someone with similar FP&A / Business Partner experience within a manufacturing or stock based business. You will be a Part Qualified (ACCA or CIMA) and have excellent analytical skills, be able to build sophisticated models and communicate to key stakeholders in the business.
