Job Title: Repair Co-ordinator

Location: Farnborough, Hampshire

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays

We are acting as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client.

Our client, a well-established engineering services company based in Farnborough, is seeking an experienced and highly organised Repair Co-ordinator to join their busy service team.

This is a fast-paced and varied role requiring strong scheduling, coordination, and customer service skills. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of repair works, ensuring engineers are efficiently deployed, and maintaining excellent communication with customers, tenants, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling engineers for reactive and planned repair works
• Managing approximately 100–150 jobs per month
• Raising and issuing chargeable quotations
• Liaising with subcontractors and allocating labour as required
• Issuing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
• Managing backlog of calls and prioritising urgent repairs
• Booking site visits and coordinating access with customers and tenants
• Ensuring correct parts are ordered and allocated to jobs
• Forecasting engineer workload up to 3 weeks in advance
• Raising, updating, and closing jobs accurately on the system
• Preparing invoice requests for the Accounts team

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a Service Co-ordinator / Repairs Scheduler / Planner role
• Experience within engineering, construction, or facilities management (desirable)
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Experience raising quotations and handling chargeable works
• Comfortable working under pressure in a busy environment
• Strong IT and administrative skills
