Corporate Finance Analyst
Our client in the Asset Management and leasing industry are looking for a new Corporate Finance Analyst to join their growing team in London. Reporting into the Corporate Finance Manager, this is a key role where you will get exposure to pricings, valuations, and debt functions.
Key responsibilities
- Support financial analysis across valuations, debt, and pricing to assess business performance, investment opportunities, and value drivers.
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial models used for forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's corporate model to identify performance drivers and support value creation.
- Assist in preparing board materials, investment papers, and strategic presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to the assessment and valuation of new commercial opportunities and potential investments.
- Support debt-related activities, including lender reporting, information requests, and funding initiatives.
- Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from senior leaders and investors.
What we're looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
- 1-2 years' experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong financial modelling and data analysis capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Solid understanding of accounting and debt fundamentals.
