Corporate Finance Analyst

Our client in the Asset Management and leasing industry are looking for a new Corporate Finance Analyst to join their growing team in London. Reporting into the Corporate Finance Manager, this is a key role where you will get exposure to pricings, valuations, and debt functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial analysis across valuations, debt, and pricing to assess business performance, investment opportunities, and value drivers.
• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models used for forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's corporate model to identify performance drivers and support value creation.
• Assist in preparing board materials, investment papers, and strategic presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to the assessment and valuation of new commercial opportunities and potential investments.
• Support debt-related activities, including lender reporting, information requests, and funding initiatives.
• Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from senior leaders and investors.

What we're looking For

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
• 1-2 years' experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong financial modelling and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Solid understanding of accounting and debt fundamentals.
