As an Account Handler, you'll play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with precision and care. You'll handle policy renewals, process mid-term adjustments, and respond to client queries, all while delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you'll ensure seamless service delivery and build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and stakeholders.
