FINANCE ANALYST - PERMANENT - HYBRID - £40k

Robert Half are delighted to be working with a long-standing client who are looking for a permanent Finance Analyst offering up to £40k, career progression, study support and hybrid working!

• Job Title: Finance Analyst
• Salary: £40k
• Location: London - 2 days onsite, 3 days working from home

Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end reporting processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Prepare and review balance sheet and cash flow information.
• Post journals accurately and in line with accounting standards.
• Prepare month-end tax calculations and supporting documentation.
• Monitor cash position regularly and escalate issues where appropriate.
• Support the month-end close by gathering and validating required information.
• Work collaboratively with the wider finance team to improve processes and reporting quality.

Requirements:

• Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) and actively studying, or willing to study.
• Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyse and present financial data clearly.
• Strong team player who works well with others across finance and the wider business.
• Confident and approachable, comfortable interacting with stakeholders at different levels.
• Proactive mindset with good attention to detail.
• Able to manage priorities effectively in a month-end driven environment.
