Finance Business Partner in Leeds - Marks Sattin

A major international consultancy group is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support one of its high-profile UK divisions. With significant scale, a global footprint, and continued strategic growth, this is an exciting opportunity to have real influence and partner with senior leadership in a fast-paced, people-driven organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Own divisional forecasting, ensuring accurate revenue & profit projections
• Review financial performance with key stakeholders & drive improvement actions
• Support senior leaders on commercial strategy & key business decisions
• Provide financial input on strategic bids & global submissions
• Lead month-end reviews including WIP and margin analysis
• Produce high-quality board reporting & present insights quarterly
• Support divisional budgeting end-to-end
• Contribute to wider finance projects, including potential M&A activity
• Identify opportunities for process efficiency & automation

What you'll bring

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
• Proven business partnering experience
• 2+ years post-qualified experience
• Strong commercial acumen & ability to challenge senior stakeholders
