This role is a fantastic opportunity for 2025 Finance Graduates for a Partnership Assistant which will offer hands-on experience in finance with study support for accounting qualifications. 

This is an exciting role where you will work closely with the Financial Accountant and Financial Controller, assisting with the calculation, processing, payment and accounting of partners’ capital and remuneration. You’ll gain practical experience in double-entry bookkeeping, reconciliations, forecasting, P&L, reviews and financial planning.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced, ever-expanding finance team, with CIMA/ACA/ACCA full study support and the opportunity to build strong technical skills in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

About you - 
- Recent Accounting & Finance Graduate (or equiv), preferable 1st Class
- Hand's on experience within a fast paced finance team 
- Confident, smart and articulate
- Eager to learn & study within the finance/ accounting environment

This role is Leeds based with hybrid working pattern (3 days office/ 2 WFH) with salary at £25k and full study support for accounting qualifications and offers excellent progression opportunities throughout the business.
