Junior Management Accountant in Leeds - Marks Sattin

A rapidly growing national services business-backed by a major private equity investor, is seeking a motivated Junior Management Accountant to join its expanding, ambitious finance function. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career who's ready to step up, build technical capability, and learn from a best-in-class finance team.

What you'll be doing

• Assist with monthly management accounts & variance analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting & KPI reporting
• Drive cost-control and financial optimisation
• Partner with operational teams to deliver meaningful insights
• Maintain financial models & enhance reporting tools
• Support year-end audit & balance sheet reconciliations

• Studying towards ACA / ACCA / CIMA
• Strong analytical skills & appetite to learn
• Solid Excel capability
• Confident communication & stakeholder skills
• Experience with Power BI or financial systems (D365, NetSuite) is a plus

• Salary up to £38,000
