Are you a commercially minded Management Accountant looking to make a real impact within a fast-paced PLC environment? We’re partnering with a well-established, market-leading PLC business in Leeds that is seeking a driven and detail-focused finance professional to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, influence decision-making, and gain exposure to a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation.

As Management Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting and insightful analysis to support strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts with commentary and variance analysis

• Budgeting and forecasting support

• Balance sheet reconciliations and control account management

• Business partnering with operational and non-finance stakeholders

• Supporting year-end processes and liaising with auditors

• Driving process improvements and enhancing financial controls

We’re looking for someone who is:

• ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or finalist (or qualified by experience)

• Experienced in preparing management accounts within a fast-paced environment

• Confident working with stakeholders across the business

• Strong in Excel with excellent analytical skills

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware

Experience within a PLC or large corporate environment would be advantageous but not essential.

• Salary up to £45,000
