Accommodation Checker in Canterbury - Pro-Force Limited

Main Duties

To ensure all caravans used for worker accommodation meet company standards, health and safety regulations, and welfare requirements. The Accommodation Checker is responsible for conducting regular inspections, identifying maintenance issues, and ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant living environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Caravan Inspections
• Health & Safety Compliance
• Maintenance Reporting
• Welfare & Conduct Monitoring
• Documentation & Reporting
• Previous experience in accommodation checking (Preferred)
• Outdoor work in various weather conditions

• Monday – Friday
• May require flexible hours during peak seasons
• 40 – 50 Hours per week
• Valid driving license essential
• Over 21 due to company insurance requirements
• Must have proof of Right to work in the UK
• Good communication (Russian / English preferably)
• Pay Rate £13:00 per hour
• Possibility of being a Temp to Perm Role
