Exciting Opportunity: Sales Consultant Wanted!

Are you a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant with a passion for commercial furniture? Our client, a specialist office furniture supplier, is on the lookout for an organised, personable, and proactive Salesperson to join their vibrant team in Clerkenwell! Location: Showroom-based, Clerkenwell (work from home two days a week)
Hours: 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 (dependent on experience) + Very Generous Uncapped Commission

Key Responsibilities:
As our Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in end-to-end account management, focusing on:

• Achieving sales targets while nurturing existing client relationships.
• Generating new client relationships and exploring fresh opportunities.
• Providing a seamless and professional service throughout the order, delivery, and installation processes.

Your varied tasks will include:

• Gathering pricing and raising quotes in the company's standard format.
• Proposing alternatives to meet client needs.
• Keeping all paperwork up-to-date and organised.
• maximising delivery efficiency by liaising with the installation team and clients.
• Building our brand through strong relationships with Dealers, Architects, and Designers.
• Attending events and networking outside of core hours to enhance visibility and connections.

About You:
To shine in this role, you should bring:

• Proven experience in exceptional customer service and account management within the commercial furniture industry.
• A positive and proactive approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel and Word.
• A self-starter mentality, ensuring colleagues are always kept in the loop.
• Knowledge of how quality office furniture solutions can enhance workplace productivity and success.
