Your New RoleAs a CAD Technician, you will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed technical drawings to support a wide variety of customer projects. You will ideally be proficient in AutoCAD or 2D CAD software and able to work with a high level of accuracy while meeting strict deadlines.Working in a precise, customer-focused team, you will adopt a flexible approach to your workload and be committed to achieving daily targets while maintaining high standards in both customer service and technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities

• Liaising with customers to agree design details
• Preparing and revising CAD layout drawings
• Using data-entry software to generate production documentation
• Planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Providing technical support to customers and colleagues
• Responding to customer queries in line with Customer Service Standards

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar 2D CAD software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• A methodical and structured approach to tasks
• Strong telephone manner with confident communication skills
• Ability to produce professional, grammatically correct correspondence
• A positive, solution-focused attitude toward challenges
