Solution Architect in London - Adecco

My client is seeking to recruit a Solution Architect on an initial 6 month contract for a Financial Services client based in London. It is hybrid and will require 3x days onsite per week.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overseeing architectural standards across the Development Team
2. Create and improve architectural standards for on premise and azure cloud software products, develop cloud migration procedures and guidelines.
3. Assist in cloud migration projects, assess readiness and dependencies, optimize for the Cloud.
4. Create and review blueprints for software products, provide guidance on improving architecture.
5. Coding mission critical parts and performing code reviews.
6. Assist on integrating AI technologies to improve existing systems.

Key Skills required:

1. Extensive experience working as a software and solutions architect.
2. Experience in designing of high-level concepts for software solutions.
3. Experience in development of Azure cloud-based as well as on-prem solutions.
4. DevOps and SCRUM experience
5. Experience in Cloud migration planning and execution
6. Ability to code in C#
7. Knowledge and experience of Agile methodology
8. Knowledge of Cloud and AI technologies that can be adopted into the workplace
