Aspire People is currently recruiting for a Team Teach Trained Teaching Assistant to work within supportive primary and secondary schools across Bolton. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone experienced in behaviour support and committed to making a positive difference.

Team Teach Trained Teaching Assistant -The Role:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH and additional needs
* Supporting pupils with behavioural challenges using Team Teach strategies
* Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
* Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Helping to create a calm, safe, and inclusive learning environment
* Supporting pupils both in and outside of the classroom when required

Team Teach Trained Teaching Assistant - Requirements:
* Valid Team Teach certification (essential)
* Previous experience working with children or young people with additional needs
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Calm, patient, and resilient approach
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
