• Meeting and greeting customers in the service reception
• Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
• Booking in vehicles and advising customers on repair timelines
• Liaising with the workshop and keeping customers updated
• Handling general administration duties
• Working collaboratively within a busy team environment

• Previous experience as a service advisor within the motor trade
• Strong knowledge of dealership processes
• Professional, well presented and customer focused
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Competitive basic salary up to £30,000 (dependent on experience)
