Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service within financial services? NJR Recruitment is currently supporting a fast-growing wealth management firm in Wakefield to recruit a Client Services Team Member who will be the first point of contact for valued clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and ambitious team where you'll play a key role in client communication, appointment preparation, and CRM management-helping to shape the client journey from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
" Arrange client meeting and manage adviser diaries
" Handle incoming client enquiries and ensure positive outcomes
" Proactively engage with clients before, during, and after adviser meetings
" Manage client communications, events, and prospecting contact strategies
" Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce) to ensure smooth workflow and accurate records
" Prepare for adviser meetings and liaise with external providers for policy/scheme information
What We're Looking For:
" Experience in a financial services-based customer service or client support role
" Previous experience in a phone based position
" Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
" Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
" Confidence using CRM systems and handling client data (Salesforce experience a bonus)
" A proactive, team-focused mindset with a client-first attitude
What's on Offer:
" Salary: £23,000 + discretionary bonus (up to 15%)
" Clear progression pathways with potential for future salary increases
" 35 hours/week: Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm, Fri 8:30am-4:30pm (including 1 remote day/week with 11am-7pm shift)
