We are currently recruiting for an experienced CAD Engineer to join a brilliant team on a permanent, day-shift basis at their Tipton facility. This role would suit a practical, detail-focused CAD Engineer who enjoys working closely with manufacturing and production teams in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

• Producing and modifying CAD drawings for manufacturing
• Creating detailed drawings from customer specifications and concepts
• Supporting production with technical drawings and revisions
• Liaising with engineering, production, and quality teams
• Maintaining accurate drawing records and documentation

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a CAD Engineer or CAD Technician role
• Strong ability to read and produce engineering drawings
• Experience with CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar)
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes (metal / castings preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
