Tradewind Recruitment are working with a supportive Primary School in Kettering who are looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. Both adhoc supply and long-term opportunities are available.

About you - Teaching Assistant - Kettering, Northamptonshire

  • Experience working within a primary school setting
    * Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
    * Experience supporting pupils with SEND is advantageous
    * Confident delivering small group interventions and 1:1 support
    * Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
    * Works effectively as part of a team and uses initiative when required
    * Flexible for adhoc supply and/or committed to long-term roles
    * Professional, patient, and passionate about supporting children's development
