• Supporting pupils in the classroom, working with individuals and small groups

• Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management

• Providing tailored support to help pupils reach their full potential

• Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

• Has experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable)

• Is patient, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting pupil progress

• Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with staff and pupils

• Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service

• A friendly and supportive staff team

• Well-behaved and enthusiastic pupils

• Ongoing professional development opportunities

• A permanent role with long-term stability
