• Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the absence of the class teacher

• Managing classroom behaviour and creating a calm, focused learning environment

• Supporting students with their learning and encouraging positive engagement

• Working collaboratively with school staff to support academic and personal development

• Gaining hands-on experience across a range of subjects and year groups

• Individuals with experience working with young people (e.g. coaching, mentoring, tutoring, youth work, or support roles)

• Confident communicators who can engage and manage a classroom effectively

• Adaptable, proactive, and professional individuals with a genuine interest in education

• Those considering future teacher training routes (PGCE, SCITT, or QTS Apprenticeship)
