Tenancy Services Assistant

12 month FTC | Southend | £29,560 | Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for supporting people and providing outstanding service? Our client, a well-established organisation within the housing sector, is seeking a Tenancy Services Assistant to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone where no two days are the same, and you’ll play a key role in helping tenants feel supported and valued.

The Role

As a Tenancy Services Assistant, you will support the delivery of efficient tenancy and neighbourhood services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Being the first point of contact for tenant enquiries
• Providing high quality administrative support to the Tenancy & Neighbourhood Teams
• Maintaining accurate tenancy information and documentation
• Assisting officers with estate inspections, visits, and community based activities
• Supporting the smooth running of day to day tenancy operations
• This is a varied, rewarding role perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and staying organised in a busy environment

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable, and confident when dealing with people
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing a varied workload
• IT literate and quick to learn new systems
• Previous housing experience is welcome but not essential.
