Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to teachers and pupils across a variety of subjects.
• Work 1:1 or with small groups of children to assist with learning and development.
• Support the classroom teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons.
• Encourage positive behaviour and create an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
• Monitor and record pupil progress, assisting with the implementation of intervention strategies.
• Help with classroom management, ensuring a safe and productive atmosphere.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
• A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children.
• Flexible and adaptable to different school environments and teaching needs.
• A commitment to making a positive impact on students' academic progress and emotional well-being.
