Sales Administrator – Tendering Focus

Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support their sales team, with a strong focus on tender and bid management. This is a key role ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant tender submissions while providing wider administrative support to the sales function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, coordinate, and submit tender and bid documentation to tight deadlines
  • Review tender requirements and ensure all responses are accurate and compliant
  • Maintain tender libraries, templates, and supporting documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) to gather required information
  • Manage sales documentation, contracts, and client records
  • Track tender opportunities and maintain CRM systems
  • Provide general sales administration support as required

About You

  • Previous experience in a sales administration or tendering role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident working to deadlines and managing multiple tenders simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems is desirable
  • Knowledge of tender portals and procurement processes is an advantage
