Aspire People is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Year 6 Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Kings Norton. This full-time role is available immediately, offering a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated educator to guide pupils through their final year of primary school and prepare them for SATs and secondary transition.

Role Overview
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons for Year 6

Prepare pupils for SATs with targeted support and intervention

Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment

Track, assess, and report on pupil progress

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SLT, and parents

Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development

Contribute to whole-school initiatives and uphold safeguarding standards

What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Strong understanding of the Year 6 curriculum and SATs preparation

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

Ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge learners

A proactive, organised, and supportive approach

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
