Aspire People is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Mainstream Teaching Assistant to support a welcoming primary/secondary school in Acocks Green. This is a full-time, long-term role starting as soon as possible, ideal for someone passionate about helping pupils thrive in a classroom environment.

Role Overview
Support pupils across the classroom with learning and engagement

Work 1:1 or with small groups to reinforce learning

Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom routines

Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment

Provide additional support to pupils who may need extra guidance

Contribute to pupils' academic, social, and emotional development

What We're Looking For
Experience working in a mainstream school or with children

A patient, supportive, and proactive approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to follow teacher direction and use initiative when needed

A genuine passion for supporting young learners
