Spencer Clarke Group are working alongside a specialist provision in Sale, Manchester to recruit a dedicated SEN Teacher to support children with complex needs and autism.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate, skilled, and enthusiastic teacher to make a real difference to the lives of young people who require a tailored approach to learning.

The Role:
  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with complex needs and autism.

  • Create and maintain a supportive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.

  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.

  • Use a creative, flexible approach to teaching, recognising individual progress and celebrating achievements.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN, particularly autism and complex needs.

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.

  • A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach.
