Teaching Assistant - Key Stage 1 (Primary)

Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join primary school settings, supporting Key Stage 1 pupils in the classroom.

Role responsibilities:

  • Work closely with teachers to support pupils in maths and English.

  • Assist pupils within the classroom.

  • Provide one-to-one support outside the classroom when needed.

  • Help create a positive and engaging learning environment for young learners.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of how to support young learners in maths and English.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • TA qualification is desirable but not essential - we welcome applications from enthusiastic individuals with experience or a passion for helping children learn.
