Campbell Grove Talent are partnering with a Yorkshire based Accountancy firm with offices in Harrogate, who are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager.
- Salary: Up to £45,000
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, flexible working around core hours
- Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays

You will be joining a growing practice with a strong client base and they actively support progression and development, offering new challenges and opportunities as the firm continues to grow.
What you'll be doing:
- Overseeing a portfolio of accounts, acting as the main client contact
- Managing the preparation and review of company accounts and corporation tax returns
- Managing the preparation of corporate tax computations
- Managing the preparation and review of VAT returns
- Delivering additional client services including management accounts, forecasting, and advisory support
- Training, mentoring, and supporting team members
- Assisting the senior management team with process improvements and operational efficiencies
Skills and Experience:
- Ideally ACCA/ACA qualified
- Experience of working at either Senior or Assistant Manager level in a UK firm.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
