Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing and working alongside all team members to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations
• Recruiting motivated team members and making sure they have a warm and welcoming induction
• Ensuring our breakfast offering is prepared and presented to brand standard
• Reviewing customer feedback to produce targeted action plans for improvement as required
• Making sure rooms and public areas are cleaned using company best practice
• Reporting and overseeing any repairs or maintenance required
• Managing rotas, banking and health and safety
• Maintaining effective cost controls in all areas

• Working hours vary – weekend and shift work will be required
• Salary between £30,000 and £40,000 per year, dependent on experience
