The Opportunity
Estates Administrator (Temporary – Ongoing)
  • Location: Stockton-on-Tees
  • Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
  • Type: Ongoing Temporary Assignment

We are currently seeking an Estates Administrator to provide vital administrative support to a busy Estates team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively to ensure smooth operations across multiple sites.



Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver specialist administrative support to the Estates team.
  • Manage tasks such as typing, filing, photocopying, and using Microsoft Office and specialist software.
  • Process purchasing documents and POs for Estates (including cleaning) across all sites.
  • Assist with catering-related orders and information submissions.
  • Act as the lead for internal and external bookings for the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain effective administrative systems.
  • Carry out any other duties appropriate to the role.
