Treasury Manager – Leading FTSE Company (£70,000–£80,000 + Bonus & Benefits)

We are partnered with a leading FTSE-listed organisation that is looking to appoint a Treasury Manager into its well-established Group Treasury function. This is a key leadership role with responsibility across liquidity, funding, and risk management, offering significant exposure to senior finance leadership within a complex, global business.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the centre of a sophisticated treasury operation and offers the chance to shape treasury strategy, lead core activities, and drive continuous improvement. You will manage a small team while remaining hands-on, working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Tax, and the wider business, as well as external banking partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee group liquidity, cash management, and cash flow forecasting
• Manage funding activities, banking facilities, and covenant monitoring
• Lead FX and interest rate risk management strategies
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with global banking partners
• Ensure robust treasury controls, governance, and regulatory compliance
• Lead, mentor, and develop treasury analysts
• Drive process improvement, systems enhancements, and treasury transformation projects

About You

• Strong treasury experience within a large corporate or FTSE-listed environment
• In-depth knowledge of liquidity management, funding, and financial risk
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead a team
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
• ACT qualification (or equivalent) highly desirable
