Interim Finance Analyst Location: London (hybrid working available)

We're looking for an Interim Finance Analyst to join a collaborative Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, supporting property functions within a large, complex organisation.
This is a hands-on business partnering role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, providing clear financial insight, and helping operational teams make well-informed decisions.
What you'll be doing - Acting as the main finance contact for Campus Services / Estates, building strong and trusted relationships
- Providing timely, accurate management information, including budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting
- Supporting the preparation and delivery of annual plans, budgets, and quarterly forecasts
- Producing monthly and quarterly reporting packs, investigating variances and explaining key drivers clearly
- Maintaining and developing financial models, templates, and reporting tools to improve ways of working
- Supporting the management and reporting of project spend (OPEX and CAPEX)
- Helping budget holders understand their financial position and supporting informed decision-making
- Supporting month-end, year-end, and audit processes, including accruals, prepayments, and audit queries
- Providing ad hoc analysis and support for new initiatives and projects as required
- Collaborating closely with FP&A colleagues and the wider Finance team to ensure consistency and resilience
What we're looking for - Proven experience in a Finance Analyst / Management Accountant / FP&A role, ideally within a complex organisation
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience
- Comfortable working in a business partnering role, engaging confidently with a range of stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, practical insight
- Advanced Excel skills (essential) and experience with finance systems (Sun / Vision desirable)
- Well organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and focus on what really matters
- A professional finance qualification (or equivalent experience) is preferred
