Job Description
Our client is long-established Property Management company based in East London. Due to continued growth, they are recruiting for a reliable and customer-focused individual to join their team.
The Receptionist / Office Administrator will be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and contractors.
Working hours are 9:00am to 5:30am Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 3:00pm on Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling and fielding all incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Advising and assisting tenants with logging maintenance issues via the online portal
- Allocating maintenance requests to relevant property managers through the system
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Welcoming and assisting visitors to the office
- Processing and monitoring online Right-to-Rent renewals
- Maintaining office supplies and stationery
- Providing cover and support for general administrative duties as required
- Supporting the effective day-to-day operation of the office
Skills & Experience:
- Strong customer service skills with excellent telephone manner
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage a busy workload
- Strong IT and administrative skills (confident using online systems and MS Office)
- Previous experience in a property management or estate agency office is advantageous but not essential
