Business Systems & Reporting Analyst
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Working pattern: Fully site-based, Monday–Friday
Salary: Up to £35,000 - £40,000

Elevation IT is partnering with a forward-thinking business in Leeds, who are continuing to grow their Business Systems function. They’re looking for a motivated Business Systems & Reporting Analyst to join the team and help drive new initiatives across data, reporting and ERP systems.

This role offers the chance to work on exciting projects that improve workflows, enhance reporting, and deliver greater insights across the business. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and seeing the impact of their work in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and delivering reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
• Assisting with data analysis and validation to ensure reliable business information
• Supporting projects to enhance ERP and reporting systems
• Working with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements
• Helping the team with training, documentation, and knowledge sharing

Skills & Experience

• Strong SQL skills, including querying and data manipulation
• Experience creating reports using SSRS
• Excellent Excel skills
• Experience supporting ERP systems
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability
• Excellent attention to detail when working with data
