The Opportunity
- Join a B Corp-certified investment manager with over £2.5bn AUM across Private Credit, Social Housing, Clean Heat, Energy, and Venture.
- Take ownership of the Northern division, leading 11 Business Development professionals across the regions.
- Shape the future of retail distribution by contributing to sales strategy, training, marketing, and recruitment.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing business development teams, ideally within intermediary distribution.
- Strong understanding of adviser channels, with hands-on experience managing intermediary relationships.
- Commercially sharp, with the ability to coach, challenge, and elevate performance across a team.
- Flexible on working arrangements
