Head of Retail Banking in London - eFinancialCareers

A small prestigious international bank is seeking a “hands on” manager for its retail banking operations area.

Your responsibilities will include:

• • Managing a team, processing all retail banking functions (cashiers, CDD/EDD, debit/credit cards, payments etc) for the London branch
  • Supporting Relationship Managers with High Net Worth Individuals and private banking needs
  • Processing SWIFT payments and treasury settlements
  • Ensuring that CDD/EDD records are kept up to date

Your experience must include:

• • Extensive proven retail banking and SWIFT payments experience gained in banking
  • Strong proven staff management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capability to work well under pressure, demonstrating initiative and good problem-solving skills

This role will be working 5 days a week in the London office.
