The Role

• Analysis of new transactions and existing exposures, research and creating financial models to support the execution process 
• Focus on Commercial Ground Rents and Social Infrastructure as well as the wider lending space
• Supporting the origination team in the development of new business
• Effectively liaisng with various teams including legal advisors, Investment Committee and management
• Investment reporting including factsheet production and responses to investor requests

The Requirements

• Property Valuations experience 
• Strong technical background, ability to model from scratch
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong interest and/or understanding of the real estate credit investment space
