M&A PMO Manager / PMO Lead - Carve-Out And Integration

Robert Half International (an S&P 500 global staffing provider) is supporting a Global Consulting Firm in support of a PE-backed organisation in sourcing an experienced M&A PMO Manager / PMO Lead to support a complex corporate carve-out and integration programme. This role will own programme governance, reporting, delivery cadence and control across multiple workstreams, supporting senior programme leadership and ensuring execution discipline throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Assignment Details

• Initial 6 months - likely to extend for another 6 months
• Location: Mostly remote - occasional central London onsite meetings
• Day Rate: Day rate via FCSA-accredited umbrella company
• Start: c. mid-February subject to interview, onboarding

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven PMO leadership within M&A, carve-out or integration programmes
• Experience establishing programme governance, reporting rhythms and delivery standards
• Strong control of plans, RAID, dependencies, financial tracking and TSA milestones
• Experience coordinating delivery across technology, finance and operational workstreams
• Confident production of steerco-level reporting and executive packs
• Comfortable operating at deal pace with changing priorities
• Strong stakeholder coordination and delivery discipline
• Background in PE-backed, consulting or advisory-led environments highly desirable
