£50,000 - £100,000 basic + uncapped commission

About the Company:
A specialist AV integrator providing audio visual solutions for corporate, education, and public sector clients.

The AV Business Development Manager will take on a heavily new business focused position, solely selling AV service and maintenance contracts. The ideal candidate must be confident in cold outreach and hunting new business.

• Selling service and maintenance contracts to clients across various sectors to win ongoing agreements to support their AV systems.
• Proactively hunt for new business opportunities via cold calling, cold email and LinkedIn outreach, networking and via your own contacts.
• Attend client meetings and site visits across the UK
• Pitch and propose solutions to suit the needs of your clients
• Working towards revenue targets, upselling where possible to maximise revenue.

• MUST have experience selling AV or IT support and maintenance contracts. Any applications without this experience will be rejected.
• Proven ability to generate new business.
• Confident in working to your own initiative, creating sales strategies.
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Right to work within the UK

• Salary: £50K - £100K (Wide open salary bracket based on experience and what you can bring to the table)
