A full-time Receptionist is required to join a professional property management company based in North West London. This front-of-house position plays a vital role in managing the reception area, greeting visitors, handling calls and supporting daily office operations.
The ideal candidate will have previous reception or administrative experience, be organised, professional, and confident managing multiple tasks in a busy office environment.
This is a full time role, office based with on-site parking available.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors with a warm, professional greeting and assist them appropriately
• Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages and manage email correspondence
• Coordinate appointments and manage booking calendars
• Handle mail and packages, order office supplies, and support general admin
• Prepare basic documents and assist with facilities-related tasks as needed
• Keep visitor logs and uphold security protocols
