This role requires a candidate to be in the office 5 days a week!
What you'll do
- Provide high-level EA support to the CEO in a fast-paced environment
- Manage complex diary scheduling and coordinate senior-level meetings
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper, prioritising communications and requests
- Anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and optimise the CEO's time
- Handle confidential correspondence with discretion and professionalism
- Oversee office management to ensure a smooth, well-presented workplace
- Support personal projects and ad-hoc requests with flexibility
- Manage assets and administrative matters on behalf of the CEO
- Provide out-of-hours support when required
- Contribute positively to team culture and cross-team collaboration
What you bring - Proven experience supporting C-suite executives as an EA/PA
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and sound judgement when handling confidential matters
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Calm, proactive, and adaptable approach in high-pressure situations
- Experience with office or facilities management (desirable)
- Flexible and committed, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
