A leading Music organisation in the heart of London is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide essential support to a member of the senior leadership team. This multifaceted role offers you the opportunity to work closely with influential figures whilst ensuring seamless diary management, meeting coordination, and administrative excellence.
This role is only considering candidates with extensive experience in the music space.
What you will do - Provide high-level executive support to senior leaders, including complex diary management, meetings, correspondence, travel and expenses
- Act as a professional representative for senior executives, managing internal and external administrative communications with discretion
- Organise and coordinate senior-level meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Prepare agendas, papers and accurate minutes, including confidential and complex material
- Manage incoming communications, responding where appropriate and ensuring timely escalation when required
- Plan and coordinate detailed UK and overseas travel itineraries, maximising executive time
- Support Member-related Advisory Groups by organising meetings, collating papers, tracking actions and communicating with stakeholders
- Deliver research, projects and ad hoc assignments as directed by senior leaders
- Work closely with the CEO Office and wider PA network to ensure consistent and effective executive support
What you will bring - Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment, within the music industry or a related sector
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence working at all levels
- High level of discretion and experience handling sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of SharePoint, OneDrive and MS Forms
- Experience preparing formal meeting papers, agendas and minutes
- A proactive, flexible and collaborative approach, with the ability to anticipate executive needs
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong written English
This role offer a hybrid policy of 2 days in the office and 3 from home
