Accounts Assistant / Supervisor in London - Morgan McKinley

Role: Accounts Supervisor

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 p.a. (flex for higher if you have managerial experience)

Offices: Central London (office based role)

Your new company:

A chance to join a multi-disciplinary construction company that specialises in redevelopment projects, interior fit outs and high-value construction projects. The company has a strong pipeline of high-value projects, averaging circa £20m on projects and are looking to expand their finance team to manage the transactional finance function.

The role:

• Responsible for managing accounts payable processes
• High volume postings
• Reviewing supplier payments
• Reviewing sub-contractor invoices
• CIS returns and having in-depth knowledge and experience on CIS
• VAT reverse charge / DRC
• Bank reconciliations
• Managing payment runs
• Dealing with complex supplier queries

About you:

• To be successfully considered for the position, an ideal candidate will:
• Have experience within the construction industry
• Be AAT qualified / qualified by experience
• Have some supervisory experience (not essential but it is desirable)
• Have strong experience with CIS & DRC
• Have experience in using SAGE Intact (not essential but it is desirable)
