What You'll Be Doing

• Providing one-on-one and small-group support to students with a variety of SEN.
• Working closely with class teachers to implement individual learning plans.
• Helping to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
• Assisting with lesson preparation and student progress tracking.
• Acting as a mentor and guide for students as they work toward their goals.

We're Looking for Someone With:

• At least six months of experience in a similar role within a UK school.
• A patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach to supporting young people.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff, students, and parents.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A current Enhanced DBS check, or the willingness to apply for one.
